Aaron Kominos-Smith and Darrel Paul first discuss what planning and managing events for a large real estate company entails and exactly how he ended up in that position (he planned to be an accountant). He creates anything from small breakfast meetings to massive convention booths that act as temporary mini offices. They then chat about his other creative passion: rebuilding 90s BMWs. What started as replacing an antenna turned into rebuilding entire engines and Darrel could not be happier sweating in his driveway all summer bringing an old car back to life.

They discuss the immigration process and whether Noam will ever feel at home. Not wanting to leave all of Israel behind, Noam trained himself in the art of hummus making, constantly tweaking his recipe. After many years in college, Andrea finished her Ph.D. and worked as a professor in Shanghai explaining the difference between complex and complicated systems. While Andrea was staying focused on her career in China – she had put aside a previous hobby of circus performing – the establishment of a new circus group in Shanghai pulled at her and she was offered a full time job performing!
