Aaron Kominos-Smith and Darrel Paul first discuss what planning and managing events for a large real estate company entails and exactly how he ended up in that position (he planned to be an accountant). He creates anything from small breakfast meetings to massive convention booths that act as temporary mini offices. They then chat about his other creative passion: rebuilding 90s BMWs. What started as replacing an antenna turned into rebuilding entire engines and Darrel could not be happier sweating in his driveway all summer bringing an old car back to life.
